EYELASH EXTENSIONS

1. Do not get lashes wet for 24 hours after the treatment unless Superbonder has been used, then the adhesive is completely waterproof within 2 hours
2. Do not steam your lashes for 48 hours - this includes hot showers, saunas,
steam rooms, steam facials, etc.

3. Avoid the use of oil-based products as this may loosen the bond causing the
lashes to come off quicker
4. Do not pull or rub your extensions - this can cause your natural lashes to fall out
prematurely, and can cause both breakage and permanent damage to the hair follicle.

5. Clean your lashes regularly using a lash shampoo to avoid eye infections.
Once a day is advisable.
6. Do not brush eyelash extensions when they are wet as water adds extra
weight to the hair! When brushing wet lashes, you might accidentally pull them out.

7. Do not sleep with your face directly in the pillow - please note that whichever
side you sleep more on, you might experience more lash loss.
8. Do not worry when you lose some lash extensions, as each extension will fall
out with a natural lash that it is attached to, due to a natural lash growth cycle. It is
completely normal to lose up to 5 natural lashes per eye per day.

9. Do not perm or tint your lashes as this may influence the retention, and lashes
may fall out much quicker.
10. Do not use eyelash curlers as they will break the glue bond, and can cause
damage to the lashes.

11. Do not use waterproof mascara or liquid eyeliner as these products are
difficult to remove from lash roots.
12. Schedule regular infills every 2-3 weeks to maintain the fresh look of your set
and replace any grown lashes.

LASH LIFT

1. Don’t get your lashes wet for the first 24 hours, and avoid steam, saunas and swimming.
It’s also worth avoiding the gym or heavy exercise for the first 24 hours

2. For tinted lashes, avoid strong sunlight or UV light for the first 24 hours. If you want to top up your tint, just rebook a lash tint service after 4 weeks
3. Try not to touch or rub your eye area, especially when washing or cleansing
your face. If you have had a lower LVL treatment, your lower lashes will appear longer so take extra care when cleansing your under eyes

5. Don’t use lash curlers, they can be harsh on your natural lashes. With treated lash lift lashes, you won’t need them anyway
6. No oil-based makeup or remover. Our aftercare range offers some simple water-based alternatives
7. Use at-home treatments to help to keep your lashes conditioned and nourished between lifts.

This step is critical in keeping your lashes healthy for the duration of your lash cycle. Just like when you go to the hairdresser and have a treatment, it is a requirement that you use aftercare products to look after your luscious locks, why should our lashes be any different?
